The Stafford Family Cemetery now has a permanant physical address of 99 Butler Rd., Plattsburgh, NY 12901. Formerly we were located either by providing GPS coordinates of our center gate 44.737893°N 73.496658°W or by simply identifying our location as the cemetery on the South side of the Butler Rd.

As we proceed with ongoing efforts to honor the legacy of all those who came before us, we asked for and received an E-911 address. This will assist authorities in case of emergency. It will also enable family members and anyone conducting geniological research in locating their loved ones. Additionally, it will help us to provide additional services as we plan for the future together.

Finally, we will continue to receive mail as outlined in our contact page, until our new post box is installed and approved by the local postmaster.

This is our first sign in the Cemetery's 200+ year history.

Marilyn Dominy of Clifton Park New York visited the Cemetery today. Here she is standing next to one of her many relatives. In this case probably her Great-Great- Great Grandparents. This particular Dominy was friends with P.T. Stafford. Together they anchor the Cemetery's Southwest corner. Their joint plots are a major focus of this years cleaning and renewal efforts.
